Bongen Titanium (China) Co Ltd. is a world leader in research, development, manufacturing, and sales of C.P. Titanium and Titanium alloy powder products. Our production is based on Bongen's patented Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomization (IMIGA) technology. IMIGA process is the newest technology for manufacturing Titanium metal powder. The advantage of this technology is that the heating process involves induction melting without crucibles, which significantly lowers cost than Crucibles melting atomization technology and PREP process. It can meet all powder metallurgy, HIP, and MIM products market needs.
Since it's beginning in 1996 as a metal powder manufacturer and supplier, Bongen has been committed to developing and manufacturing high quality Titanium metal powder products. Today, Bongen has an international marketing network and the industry's largest R&D capability.
Besides Gas-Atomized C.P. Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder, Bongen also manufactures hydride-dehydrogenated (HDH) Ti powder and atomized other Ti alloy powders according to the customer's request. And now, Bongen company has built the biggest supersonic gas-atomized Titanium metal powder production line and is a major Titanium metal powder supplier for the aerospace, biomedical, medical, defense, auto parts, and sporting good industries in the world. At present, our output comprises 120 MT atomized spherical C.P. Ti powder and 120 MT atomized spherical Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder per year. In addition, we produce 150 MT HDH high purity Ti metal powder each year. Currently, we are building our new R&D center and expanding out production line to reach an output capacity of 1000 - 1200 MT Titanium and other metal powders each year.
