Recently, Baoji Ruihenghua Titanium Composite Metal Materials Co., Ltd. finished upgrading its non-destructive testing and precision machining production lines. New automatic ultrasonic testing, CNC cutting and leveling equipment were added for manufacturing titanium clad copper, zirconium clad copper, stainless steel clad copper conductive composites, titanium cathode plates, stainless steel cathode plates and titanium clad aluminum. After the upgrade, inspection efficiency and detection accuracy for clad metal bonding interfaces are greatly improved. 100% UT inspection is available for every clad bar and plate to prevent delamination. The leveling precision of cathode plates is optimized to ensure uniform current distribution in electrowinning cells.
This technical upgrade supports larger-volume overseas orders and shortens lead time for custom parts. We will keep improving our core explosive cladding process and maintain consistent quality for export orders to serve global hydrometallurgy and electrochemical clients.
