Our titanium-clad copper flat bar is produced by explosive bonding or hot rolling metallurgical composite technology. Clad with ASTM Gr1/Gr2 pure titanium outside and ASTM C11000 high conductivity copper core inside, atomic diffusion bonding avoids delamination and cracking. It combines copper's low-resistance conductivity and titanium's excellent resistance to acid, alkali and chloride corrosion, widely used as conductive busbar for electroplating, hydrometallurgy, chlor-alkali and hydrogen electrolysis.
