R&D team of Baoji Ruihenghua finished pilot trial production of titanium clad aluminum. All mechanical properties and bonding strength test indicators meet requirements. Titanium clad aluminum combines excellent corrosion resistance of titanium cladding and lightweight advantage of aluminum substrate, ideal for weight-saving conductive and anti-corrosion structural parts. With mature dissimilar metal cladding technology, custom titanium clad aluminum plates and bars can be produced per customer drawings, used for special electrochemical equipment, chemical corrosion protection and lightweight conductive supports.
Our composite product portfolio is further enriched: four series of bimetallic materials including titanium clad copper, zirconium clad copper, stainless steel clad copper and titanium clad aluminum, plus titanium cathode plates and stainless steel cathode plates, covering most material selection demands of hydrometallurgy and electroplating projects.
