Batch Of Titanium-Clad Copper Conductive Beams Successfully Shipped To Southeast Asian Electrolytic Copper Foil Project

Jul 02, 2026 Leave a message

Recently, a batch of customized large-size titanium-clad copper conductive beams from our company successfully completed final flaw detection and rust-proofing encapsulation, and were shipped to a new energy electrolytic copper foil production base in Southeast Asia.

Electrolytic copper foil production lines require conductive components to operate continuously in an acidic electrolyte environment, placing stringent demands on conductivity and the bonding strength of the titanium-copper composite layer. Leveraging our mature explosive composite production process, our titanium-clad copper products achieve high conductivity in the copper layer and strong corrosion resistance in the titanium layer, effectively reducing busbar heat loss and eliminating the risk of delamination failure during long-term operation.

This order will be used in conjunction with a newly built foil production unit. Baoji Ruihenghua Titanium Metal Composite New Materials Co., Ltd. continues to deeply cultivate the overseas new energy electrochemical market, constantly optimizing product adaptability to provide high-quality titanium composite materials to global electrolytic copper foil and lithium battery raw material preparation companies.
