Our technical team recently returned to a copper recovery customer in Rongchang, Chongqing, to review how our titanium-clad copper cathode plates are performing on the electrowinning line.
We have always believed the customer's operating environment is the only real test of a product. Electrolyte chemistry and acidity, chloride content, current density, bath temperature, and even how a plant loads and strips its plates, all directly shape how long a cathode plate serves and how it behaves. Data from the lab only counts once it is confirmed in an environment like this.
On this visit, the team followed a full service cycle from loading to stripping, watching how evenly copper built up, whether the current-carrying contacts stayed reliable, and how cleanly sheets came off. We also recorded the maintenance points the customer watches most.
What matters most to us on site is the environment itself: what solution system and operating conditions the customer runs our plates in. Once that is clear, specification and service support have a real basis.
We will keep following this installation and bring every piece of on-site feedback back to R&D and production, so the product tracks the customer's real working conditions.
Taking the customer's operating environment seriously, and following it over time, is where our product work starts. Copper recovery, electrowinning and hydrometallurgy customers are welcome to talk to us.
